Harvey F. Heino, President and CEO
Harvey Heino has been serving the real estate needs of Brooklyn for over 30 years. His knowledge and expertise, not only in real estate, but in the local Brooklyn market, combined with his effortless skill in negotiating, is unsurpassed. Harvey strives to provide the most modern and technologically advanced products and services to his staff, enabling them to become leaders within the real estate industry. In addition, Harvey has created an unbelievable program, rewarding his staff for every real estate educational program certification they complete. Angela K. Simanek, Manager
Angela Simanek has nearly 15 years in real estate, her experience spanning markets across the country. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Heino Realty, Angela ran her own company providing luxury real estate brokerages nationwide with consulting and creative marketing strategies. She is also a former agent of Sotheby’s International. Through this background Angela has worked with many of the country’s top luxury home builders, architects, artists, and designers, as well as many affluent and celebrity clientele. Angela has been a featured speaker at the National Association of Realtors Convention on two separate occasions and was also featured in an article in the Women’s Council of Realtor’s national magazine, Connections.
